Returns Process for Online Purchased Orders
Considering the intimate nature of our Products, and the required Health and Safety laws, Nayomi accepts the return of item(s), if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is not underwear, this includes bras, panties, teddys & shapewear.
- The product is not beauty, including mists, fragrances, beauty gift sets, oils and gels, and any other product displayed in the Beauty category online.
- The product is returned within (7) seven days of the date of delivery.
- Only orders placed through the Saudi Arabia or UAE website are eligible for returns. International returns are not accepted.
- Orders placed online can be returned online, while Click & Collect orders can be returned in-store at any Nayomi store in the UAE or KSA (depending on where the order was placed). For in-store returns, a valid proof of purchase must be presented.
- For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.
- The Product is undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with swing tags.
- If the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all the Products purchased as part of the multi-buy order must be returned at the same time.
